Mariana Pimiento is UCat’s Coordinator of Campus Ministry. Mariana graduated from The King’s College in New York City with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. There the preaching of Dominican friars brought her back to the Catholic faith while a student in New York City. “Despite growing up a faithful Catholic, I looked for fulfillment in all the wrong places. It wasn’t long after having it all in New York City that I began to realize neither fame, fortune, nor accolades could ever fulfill me a desire for something greater.” Mariana went on to serve several years as a FOCUS missionary at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, MA. She enjoys long dinners, salsa dancing with her Colombian family, talking about Theology of the Body and any chance for a bonfire.
