Deacon Craig Thomas

Deacon Craig was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland and received a degree in engineering from Loyola University in Maryland. After college, he spent four years as a missionary serving in Campus Ministry at the University of Michigan, and among the poor in India and the Philippines. He has since worked professionally as an engineer for the past 30 years.  

He and his wife Alyson moved to Nashville in 2013. They have four children. He was recently ordained a permanent deacon for the Diocese of Nashville on April 1st of 2023. Deacon Craig enjoys hiking, skiing, golfing, poetry, and cooking for friends and family.
